It’s 11:44 pm and I am exhausted.  I’ve been up since 7 this morning.

Heath took me to see Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.  Aside from the completely gratuitous language—really, do Auto-bots and Decepticons have to stoop to the humans inability to use real language?—I liked to movie.  It was pretty funny, but I still prefer the first one.

Then we went to Shakes for a Big Bopper!  It is the yummiest thing—and totally counts towards my daily dairy intake!  It is frozen custard with salted roasted pecans, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and cherries.  Ahhhh!  It was good!  We don’t get one very often because they are really expensive, but it was nice to splurge!

This morning when I left for work, I didn’t kiss the girls goodbye.  They were asleep and I didn’t want to wake them up.  Apparently, Heath heard all about it when they did wake up.  He said they both came out of their room just furious!  Kalyn said, “Mommy left without kissing us goodbye!”  Keali repeated it with a little more attitude.

When I saw Kalyn this evening, she lectured me on how it doesn’t matter if they are asleep or not, they need kisses before I leave—and really, I shouldn’t leave until they are awake anyway.  Apparently it hurts their feelings.  I stand corrected and will never make that mistake again!
