Last night was fun with the girls. We watched "The Neverending Story" and Kalyn LOVED it. She was a bit annoying at first, asking me neverending questions, but finally she got into the movie and just enjoyed it. I fell asleep at the end, but Kalyn woke me up with her yelling "yah!" at the point where Bastian is riding the Luck Dragon and they run down the bullies.
In the middle of the movie, Keali decided she was ready for bed. She leaned over and kissed Kalyn, then kissed me. I didn't get the hint. A moment later she did the same thing then said, "Nite, Nite!" So Kalyn and I put her to bed. I thought that was cute.
Today is church. The girls are getting washed up now and I have my church bag put together already. I made pancakes for dinner last night (Kalyn loves them) and made extra so we can eat them this morning and take a few to church for snacks during Sacrament Meeting. I make them really little so Keali can hold them in her tiny hands and not make a mess. Keali especially loves walking around with her little pancakes, munching when the mood strikes her. In case you were wondering, the pancakes are pink this time.
Here are the girls snuggling in bed. Neither one had put any clothes on after their bath...the house was warm enough that they didn't need them and Keali really hates clothing! But she LOVES her shoes now!
