It is shaping up to be a wonderful Tuesday! I woke up this morning late...Heath let me sleep in while he took care of Keali. I got up and found the entire house almost completely clean! Heath had cleaned the kitchen, living room, and started on the laundry. It is so nice to not really have to do anything today but finish up the laundry!
I have my training for my new job Saturday. I can't say that I am looking forward to it...but it is a job! I have applied for a different job too...one that is almost perfect for me. It pays a lot better than the job I currently have and it falls right into line of what I would really enjoy. I hope I get it! Please pray for me to get this job...I would really like it.
We are supposed to have storms again this evening, but I don't think they are supposed to be severe. I hope that they are not because it seems that the same areas keep experiencing a great amount of damage...these people need a break! That is not to say that I want a tornado to plop down on my road...or my house! I just think that the region needs a break weather-wise.
Keali has started to repeat words that Heath and I use. When she asked for juice out of a particular bottle this morning, I told her it was all gone. She looked at me quizically and said, "dong?" So cute! She also says "tanks!" whenever we give her something. I am happy to say that we are raising two very polite children. They say please and thank you, and they often complement people when they do something good. For example..."Mommy, these are the best pancakes I ever had!" Obviously that was from Kalyn who has never met a pancake she didn't call her favorite. Lately Kalyn has been issuing more orders than requests, but I attribute that to her age. We keep on top of her though by reminding her to say the magic words.
I went out with the girls last night to take a picture of our perfect rose. Here are a few of the pictures. It looks a lot darker in these pictures than in actually was.

The picture of just the rose is beautiful. The darkness brings out the color. The picture of Keali sniffing the rose is soooo cute. -Luana
