It's been almost a week since I posted.  There just isn't much happening around here.  We have all pretty much gotten better from our various illnesses and are just living life.

Heath has been working some tournaments which means late nights for him, and no hubby time for me.  I am happy he enjoys his job though.  Going to work is so much worse if you don't love what you do!  He is really good at his job and I am happy to have his skills around the house too.  I can be a bit of a hypochondriac, so it is nice to have him here to tell me my toe isn't broken (though I really think it is and has been since February), and this bone-y bump on my foot is normal and the pain it gives me is just me hitting a nerve.

Kalyn is a puzzle-putting-together-fool.  She is super speedy at putting together puzzles (clearly she is a Jensen!) and really enjoys it.  Her teachers even gave her a puzzle for Christmas.  Guess it is a good thing that we recently found our kid-puzzle collection.

Heath brought some boxes out of storage for us to go through.  We will systematically be doing that until we find everything we need/want.  We finally found the iron!  Yeah!  I hate ironing, but I hate wearing wrinkly shirts even more.  We found the puzzles and my sewing machine too.  Good times.

Keali has been a pill to get to sleep lately.  She just stays awake for so long and really fights when we put her to bed.  But she is super cute when she says, "Mamee, I dub uuu!"

Work is going well for me.  The Spring Training I am planning for the RA/CAs is really coming together.  I think it will be good.  We had our office Christmas party today.  My 'Secret Snowflake' got me a couple of those cute ornament cokes and a gourmet selection of hot chocolate and a mug.  It was exactly what I wanted.

The weather is so crazy here.  The day before yesterday never got above 35 degrees and it was windy.  Today I walked around without a coat for awhile.  Can't we just have it warm...or cold?  I don't like the back and forth.

This time of year--Christmas time--is my favorite of the year.  I love the feeling in the air, the music, the scents, etc.  I am on duty during Christmas break, so we won't be traveling anywhere really.  We will go to HS for a day though so we can see Jennifer.  She is coming in next week.  It will be nice to see her and to let the girls play with her for a bit.  I also can't wait to see Andrea again.  I don't get to spend as much time with her as I used to.

I hope to go to bed early tonight.  8 pm sounds great.  We will see!

I can't wait to see my nieces and be "Mommy Jennifer" again...although I'm sure they won't remember that and will call me something else.
