I am so sleepy!  I woke up this morning and did some work in the front yard with my Mom who was so good as to bring me a load of compost!  I typically don't get excited about compost, but it really made my flower bed look better.  After Mom left I forced myself to go back into Kalyn's room to finish.  I gave up on the paint sprayer and just rolled it on.  Then I did touch up in my bedroom and did a first coat on the hallway.  Everything looks so bright and cheery now.  We should have used this color from the beginning.

Kalyn's room before I started.  She loved her 'bubblsh.'  We had a colored light bulb in her light that changed colors every few seconds.  As the bulb changed colors, so did the circles on her walls.  I think Heath and I thought it was cooler than Kalyn did.

After I put the texture on the walls--again, leave this to the pros.Everything but the trim is done.  It took three coats of primer to cover the spots and the strips we had painted.

This is my ceiling in the middle of being painted.  The yellow was the old color (why would you paint your ceiling yellow?).  Big difference!

The hallway after it's first coat.  I hope it only needs one more.I have been listening to my playlist on with iTunes.  Heath took the iPod so I am stuck with what is on the computer.  I have 14 hours of music in my playlist and I have it on shuffle mode.  I swear that it is just playing the same 20 songs over and over though.  I love listening to music when I work.  It makes the time go by faster I think.  I enjoy hearing songs that I haven't heard in a while.  Currently "Epiphany" by Staind is on.  I really like this song and the group, but I just don't listen to them often.  Probably a good thing though because their music is a little dark.  I like it though.
