I Can't Believe It!

     They got the side of the house put back on!  All that is left to do is caulking and painting.  Of course that will be a big job, but at least my walls aren't exposed.  It looks good too!  It will be nice to have this spontaneous project finished.  We have been talking about painting the outside of the house for some time.  Now we have to paint it!  It is as good an excuse as any, I suppose.  Feels good to know that my house is stronger now.

Most of the house is brick so we don't have to worry as much with that, but this side with the siding had several beams that were in terrible condition and had to be replaced.  I really didn't expect Heath and Mike to get it done in one day, but they did and they did a nice job.

Early afternoon, Mike brought his three children over to play.  He has one son and two daughters.  Kalyn and Cassidy really get along well.  Rihanna is a lot of fun to talk to, and Morgan is a nice boy.  Morgan brought his friend, Clay, so we had a full house!  I escaped a few times to Heath and Mike to get a little bit of quiet, but in all I had fun with all of them.

Tonight Heath and I are going to caulk, and hopefully we will be able to paint by Monday.  Pray that it doesn't rain for a few days!
