Have you ever seen a prettier baby girl?

Keali decided she wanted her hair done today.

Yesterday afternoon while watching tv our brand new (5 months old) flat screen went black. The picture went black, an acrid smokey smell filled the house, and Heath saw flames inside the back of the tv. So we spent a while trying to figure out what to do. We bought it 5 months ago, so taking it back to the store wasn't right...plus we couldn't find the receipt (I know I kept it, I just don't know where!). We called the manufacturer who would get us set up for a repair attempt...once we found the receipt. We bought it in Jonesboro so Heath called up there to the store to see if they could get us a copy of the receipt, and he was placed on hold. For 15 minutes. Finally I got on my cell phone and called the store too. It took 3 attempts at me calling and letting the phone ring for 3 minutes before anyone ever answered. I was very irritated by this point. Someone answered and I said I needed to speak with a CSM, and that I didn't want to be put on hold. I explained that I had already been waiting 15 minutes to speak to someone. A CSM immediately got on the line and started helping me with my problem. She couldn't find the receipt though on her computer! She said she ran the barcode and my credit card and couldn't find that I had purchased the tv there. I explained that I was certain that I did buy it there. She spent the next half hour searching one by one through all the reciepts created on the day that I purchased the tv until she finally found it. She was very helpful and kind. She faxed the receipt to us and we were able to email it to the manufacturer. Hopefully we can get the tv repaired fairly quickly! Thank you though to the woman on the phone who took the time to help out.
It is another rainy day here. I can handle rainy as long as it isn't too hot...then it just gets muggy and unbearable. As it is, the humidity and temperature are bordering on too much, but it could be worse! I hope everyone out there has a great day!
