Ugh! I have had a rough couple days at work. My days off spoiled me. Since returning to work after a couple days off, I have been very uncomfortable. My feet and hands feel like they are weighted down with lead. My fingers are so swollen that I can no longer wear my wedding ring. The work is still fine...I don't dislike it, I just am tired of being uncomfortable! When I came home today I decided to soak my hands in ice water...hoping that would help. Wrong! I realized halfway through that I stand in a cooler all day...colder than that water. It is probably the cold contributing to the discomfort.
Keali has started to say "Daddy." Actually it comes out "DaDay" with the second D having a bit of a T sound to it. SOOO cute!! Today we went shopping after work. Keali looked up at Heath at one point and said, "Shoes, Shoes, Shoes!!! So we looked at shoes for a minute. She also started to say "Nose." A word of caution...if you hear her say nose--cover yours because she is about to grab it. It gets painful.
Since my mini-breakdown concerning the loss of Bravo, Heath has spent the past two days searching the internet for sources I can get my shows on. He finally found Top Chef today! So excited! He was so sweet to do that for me...I didn't ask him to. Either he really loves me, or he just wants to keep me happy. Maybe both! Probably both!
It is heating up here in Arkansas! Hot Hot Hot. When I get too cold in the cooler, I step outside for a minute to warm up. When the people who work outside get too hot, they step inside the cooler for a moment. I am definetly glad I work in the cooler and NOT outside!
It is now 8:19 pm. I am going to bed! Have a good weekend!
