So much to do today! Krypto has a vet appointment...we think he may have pnuemonia again. He really stays sick, but such is the breed. I need to get laundry done and clothes packed for the girls and I. The girls will be staying with their grandparents during my interview. Heath has to stay here and work.
He has given me some socking and upsetting news. UFC Fight Night Live, and the first episode of the new Ultimate Fighter come on Wednesday night. He has skipped my America's Next Top Model, AND American Idol so he can watch his stupid MMA shows. And I won't be here to defend my programming of choice. I am trying to talk him out of it. Both the fight and the UF will show again within the next week (I haven't actually checked on this, but I know how these shows work). ANTM will not show again for several months, and American Idol doesn't do re-runs. Help Me!!! Heath's justification is that he will be home alone, and there won't be anything else for him to watch. Plus he said that I can watch one of the shows in Jonesboro. I most certainly will NOT commandeeer a TV at his parent's in Jonesboro. That just seems rude. I am upset though.
I tried out another chocolate chip cookie recipe last night, and though it is okay, it is not the best. My cousin Cheryl gave me a tip to use vanilla pudding in the recipe, but I need help knowing how much and when to add, so Cheryl...if you are reading, please explain! I am really itching for a great CCC recipe!
Oh...one more bit of info...I am getting sick (cough, congestion, headaches, etc). Pray for it to go away before my interview!!!

I know this sounds crazy, but it works--pour a tiny bit of hydrogen peroxide in one ear and let it bubble for 5-10 min., then dump it out and do the other side. And make a mixture of extremely salty water and gargle with it every time you think about it. It really helps me not get very sick and get over it a lot faster.
As for the cookies, add an entire pkg (small size) at the same time as the flour. You don't need to change anything else and you just pour the dry mix right in. Don't actually make the pudding. Good luck!
