Snow Day!!!
Okay, if truth be told, it is actually a freezing rain day. Heath doesn't have to go in to work today because of the weather. Yeah!! We cleaned up the house yesterday (or rather Heath did while I went to bed early) so we don't have anything to do today but snuggle on the couch and watch movies and play games.
Changing subjects...
Heath and I are complete opposites. We often ask each other how we ever got married because we are so different. Take food for example. He hates what I love, and I dislike what he loves. We have very few things that we both really enjoy. Today I made strawberry pancakes for breakfast. He didn't like them. I liked them. The most frustrating part of our food differences (we have managed to stay married through these differences for over 6 years) is that both of our children tend to take his side! I am the only one who likes mushrooms. I am the only one who likes broccoli, asparagus, and brussel sprouts. Apparently I am the only one who likes strawberry pancakes. So, I only rarely get to make and eat what I love, because no one else will help me. Frustrating!

I'd help you...I've never had strawberry pancakes, but they sound awesome!
I did my background using a combo of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop. I used some of the free scrapbook sheets I downloaded and some clip art. I had a ton of fun doing it!
Reed doesn't like mushrooms, either, nor does he like seafood except for fish. Okay, I agree with Heath and the kids on brussel sprout. My face breaks out (yucky face) when I eat it. -Luana

we have been able to get away with a few things, Dave has a jar of pickles that he can put in his sandwiches and hamburgers but only if he handles them himself and he doesn't look when I put mayo on my black beans.
