We had a wonderful weekend. Friday night Heath, the girls, and I went to Heath's football game. The girls and I watched until the 4th quarter when I had enough of Kalyn's temper tantrums and disobedience (this wasn't the wonderful part of the weekend). We waited in the car for the game to end then we drove to Arlington, TX to visit Richie and Debi!
Saturday we went to the Fort Worth Zoo. It was great! We saw so many animals that day, and the animals really performed for us! We saw an orangutan throw up on the orangutan that was bothering him. We heard a lion and a bear and a hippo roar (I have NEVER heard that in real life before! It was fun! We got to feed birds (a lucky few of us got clipped by the birds as they flew) and the coi. The weather was beautiful. It couldn't have been a more perfect day at the zoo.
Sunday we took Krypto, Bernie, Sasha, and Lil'bit to the dog park to play. The dogs loved it and so did the girls. Again, the weather was perfect and we had a lot of fun watching the dogs and kids.

That giant lizard looks real. Please PLEASE tell me it's fake. I don't think I could handle it being real and my neice sitting on it.
Wait...there are animals at the zoo? That is not the experience I usually have...
