I had a OB appointment this morning. Heath and I got the girls up and took them to his Mom's. We went up to my appointment and all is well with the babies! They both have great heartbeats and were both fairly easy to find with the doplar. Three bad things though. I have a sprained ligament which is causing most of my pain-and difficulty in walking. I also have pregnancy-induced carple tunnel in BOTH hands and wrists! The third thing is that both placentas are anterior--not really a bad thing, but it makes it much more difficult to feel the movement/kicks. This is what I am most upset about. If I'm going to have two babies, shouldn't I at least be able to have the joy of feeling them? Eventually, I should feel them more, but for now, it is hit or miss. :(
I am so looking forward to seeing them in a few months. One of the ladies at the dr. office said they had twins born last year at 29 weeks, and both babies weighed over 5 lbs! She said they were able to go home with the mother. I would be terrified to have babies that early though. 35 weeks. That is what I am shooting for. I can't stand the thought of being pregnant longer than that though.

see! That's what I was telling you about in an earlier post! I hope you got the arm braces to wear! I've had to wear them with every pregnancy i've had! It's a pain in the butt, but when you wear them at night it should help you enough that you don't have to wear them during the day! Good luck with that carpel tunnel it can get really painful! Just remember that I share your pain :)
I had an anterior placenta with my last and hated it! I hardly felt her at all which sent my mind flying some days. She's the only one of mine I never felt have hiccups inside of me. :(
Hang in there! I'm glad that the babies are doing well and you have a great husband it sounds like who takes very good care of you.
