I only got a few hours of sleep last night thanks to painful hips.  I spoke with a nurse today—she suggested positioning some pillows differently so I’ll try that tonight.  Hope it works!

Getting ready for the Welch Family Reunion tomorrow!  Since being home from work, I have been able to pack everyone’s clothing as well as bedding.  I’m supposed to make about 24 gazillion cookies tonight, but something tells me it isn’t going to happen.  My hips are already killing me and I’m a single parent until Heath comes home.

Heath is off getting certified to be a CPR Instructor.  He had to leave early to get there, so he dropped the girls off at work with me around 3:45.  I think they had fun.  They both colored a lot, and played with all of my stress toys.

Part of the work I do requires me to speak with people who may be having a bad day (and I have bad days too).  To help combat stress and anxiety, I have a bunch of stress relieving toys on my desk for them to play with.  It’s kind of funny that some people in the office will just walk in, sit down, and start playing with the toys sometimes.

Kalyn also played Nick Jr. games on the computer while I did some paperwork.  Keali—out of the blue—sang the most beautiful version of “Love is Spoken Here” I have ever heard.  I hope everyone else in the office got to hear it too!  It was lovely.  Then the screaming started because the girls were fighting.  Huh.  Go figure.

Anyway, they were both really good for the remainder of work then we came home.  They are looking forward to going to the FR tomorrow and I am looking forward to a day off work and getting to hear the babies’ heartbeats again!  Only two weeks until we get to take another look at them, so make your votes on the sidebar!
