Holy Cow! The heat index is 109! It is so hot I feel as though I can't breath when I go outside! Thank Heaven I didn't live 100 years ago. Or even 50 years ago for that matter. People say, "You wouldn't have known any differently" but I don't believe that. I would have known that there would be some way to drastically cool down a room--I just wouldn't be smart enough to figure out how to do it!
