Good start to a long weekend!
After work yesterday, I came home and rested for a couple hours before having to get the girls. Heath got off work early too so we were able to pick up the girls together. Then, as a family we went to Target and registered for a few baby things.
Shameless Plug Alert—We have never registered before, but with two little ones on the way…well. We need a bit of help to get what we need! Hint—if families pool a little money, they can get us one thing that we really need rather than 500 onesies.
Okay…back to the story.
After Target, Heath took all of us on a date and we had dinner. After dinner, we RedBox-ed it and picked up a few movies to watch together. Keali fell asleep as we watched Bedtime Stories. I am not an Adam Sandler fan, but I thought the movie was really cute.
After the movie, the girls were asleep and Heath watched some old episodes of Top Chef with me. That’s a big deal. Heath can’t watch a show that he has already seen (I could watch them over and over), and he hates most of the shows I like.
This morning, Heath came into the bedroom and sweetly told me it was time to wake up. WHAT! It was 9 am!! Two hours longer than I normally sleep! I got up and found out Heath had cleaned the entire kitchen, living room, and was halfway done with the laundry.
I am so spoiled! Thanks Honey!
