Yesterday was crazy!  Our house is currently under contract...meaning that we have an offer on it, and we are going through all of the steps to finalize the sale now.  One of those steps is a home inspection.  The inspection was done, but they needed the pilot light on the water heater lit.  Our realtor and two other people tried all day Wednesday to light it, but they couldn't.  Uh-Oh!

Heath  contacted our gas company because they thought there may not be any gas getting to the heater.  He explained that it would take several hours for us to get to the house.  I hopped in the car and drove 3 hours to Benton.  When I arrived, the gas company had already been there and they had shut off the gas.  I called them back and asked them to send somebody again. 

I was prepared to wait all afternoon for someone, but it only took an hour.  And it took 15 seconds for him to light the pilot.  So.  I drove a total of 5 1/2 hours yesterday for something that took 15 seconds to do.  I was a little irritated!  Luckily, we needed to go down there anyway to pick up some chairs, but still!

The girls are working on colds or sinus infections.  Not sure which yet.  10 days until we close!
