Persistence Pays Off!  HP is returning the service fee for that horrendous phone call I had a few days ago.  I couldn't believe that they charged me $21.50 for talking on the phone---especially when the call was only as long as it was because of the idiocy of the technician!

My first day of work was okay.  In the morning I started to rearrange my desk and had a meeting with the other AC.  In the afternoon I attended orientation and trucked all over campus getting my ID, parking permit, email address, etc.  I am exhausted though! 

Luckily for me, Heath is already on his way home and he is picking up the kids.  We have to go to the storage building and Walmart tonight, but after that--consider me asleep!
