It's raining. Again.
It is supposed to storm again today, even worse than last week. I just looked at the forecast though and it looks like most has passed over us. We will see.
This morning was the first in a week that Heath and I didn't have to wash Keali's bedclothes when she got up. She and Kalyn are still sick, but I thought that was a good sign. I actually got decent sleep last night. Heath picked up some black-out curtains for our room yesterday and they really worked. We love to have a pitch black room to sleep in.
I am tired of this rain. I am really concerned that the drainage ditch behind our house is going to flood into our yard and our home. I am not sure what we would do if it did.

You should make home made sand bags with your old blue jeans...fill the legs with sand after you've sewn them up. Some of my military friends tell me this is the best sand bag there is...We don't have a problem with that at the house in LR, but the one in Hot Springs is on the lake and it's moist anyway, and when it rains it floods the laundry room sometimes. This will work for you! Or just make that ditch deeper!
