I don't like having allergies. I never had problems with them until I moved to Arkansas! They do seem to get a bit better every year though. Today was a day like any other, only I did something great. I made up my own marinade for chicken breast. I have NEVER made up food before. I have a strong need to follow a recipe at all times so I was shocked that I decided to try my own out. It was good too! Too bad I didn't record how much of anything I put in :(.
Well...Kalyn and Keali have joined Heath in not liking brussel sprouts. I love brussel sprouts. I don't know why I get so sad whenever they take after their Daddy, but they take after him in almost everything. They even look more like him than me. Maybe the next time I have a child it will be 'mine.'
Speaking of having another baby...do not listen to Kalyn when she tells you that she is having a baby brother. She has started that up again and I keep getting looks and questions. I am not pregnant. Kalyn just really wants a baby brother.
Richie is leaving us later on today. It was nice to have him visit, but I wish he didn't have to work at the same time. Why do people have to work!!! Why can't we all just hang around and enjoy one another's company? Bills to pay, mouths to feed I guess.
Heath has his annual AATA conference this weekend, so I will have the girls on my own for a good chunk of the time. He should have a good time though. Goodness knows I spent my fair share of time at conferences when I was working. Of course we didn't have kids then...
It's 1:04 am. Kalyn won't sleep so I am up with her so that the men can get some rest. Kalyn was bound and determined to make as much noise as possible in her room. I was afraid Richie wasn't going to be able to sleep (he is on a blow up bed in her room), so I pulled her out and brought her into my room. She began singing and wiggling all over the bed so I pulled her out to the living room. We are about ready to try bed again though so I will go now!
